Having moved into a new property this year with automated gates that I knew nothing about (due to the previous owners not leaving any details). I was lucky enough to be put in touch with Phil who answered all my questions about the gates and entry keypad – He also came and carried out a service on the gates too. It was very good service from start to finish and I will definitely use him again to service the gates in the future.

Phil, from 360 Automations, is an old-school engineer; friendly, dependable and very knowledgeable. Phil had visited us before and had meticulous notes on our automated gates, so he arrived with exactly the right parts ensuring no second visit was necessary. He diagnosed and fixed four separate faults with our gates and I have no hesitation in recommending him. We chatted while he worked and I learned a lot of useful information. When Phil sent the bill, he also included contact details for a couple of contacts I needed. All round a very professional service.

Called to faulty intercom. Tried to repair but spares no longer available. Proposed a replacement which suited our requirements. Didn’t try to persuade us into a costly option. All achieved in 4 working days including obtaining new system. Excellent service and in pandemic lockdown taking all appropriate precautions. Will certainly recommend him.

Phil has maintained our electric gates for years. He is honest and trustworthy, reliable and friendly. Phil will to endeavour to fix existing equipment wherever possible, rather than simply quoting for more costly new replacements. I have no hesitation in highly recommending him.

Communication from Phil throughout was excellent. He diagnosed the problem during a telephone call we had so arrived on site with all the necessary parts. From initial contact through to arriving on site and repairing our gates, the professionalism shown and afforded to me, the customer, was exemplary.. knowledgeable and courteous at all times. Quick to determine the fault and remedy to leave our gates in perfect working order. New motor fitted and capacitors changed (carried in the van) and at a very reasonable price. I had contacted other companies in close proximity to where I live. None were as responsive as Phil. A quick response to my initial enquiry, and an early date arranged to undertake the work. Prompt arrival on the day with friendly service. All options were discussed prior to work being carried out. Everything left clean and tidy and working perfectly. Better than expected. Only minor criticism is the cost of call out (which I had previously been made aware of and accepted) . I would use Automated Gates and Doors again, and recommend to anyone.
